Auctioning

We are fortunate that we are partnered with a leading specialist auction house base in the North of England that holds regular specialist sales which include, coins & banknotes; arms medals & militaria; vintage toys & model railway; books, prints, stamps & ephemera. These are complimented with a monthly antique sale with strong sections which include items of silver, gold & fine jewellery, watches and clocks, fine art, pottery, porcelain, glass, oriental works of art, period and modern quality furniture. These sales are fully catalogued and displayed on leading industry searchable websites which attract buyers from all over the world who can bid live on the Internet in real time. We also have a second auction room which holds fortnightly general and interior sales.

There are circumstances where it is more suitable to hold the auction at the premises or to organise an off site one vendor sale. We have an experienced network of auctioneers, administration and sale day staff. We will deal with all aspects of the auction from organising, cataloguing, the sale and collection of payments. A full auction report will be given when the process is completed.

Sometimes it wont be cost effective to send your items to our partners in the North and we may seek another reputable auction room that we can consign your items to which is more local to you. We will of course keep you in the loop every step of the way. Sometimes we may receive a small referral commission for doing this, this doesn’t come out of your money, it is paid by the auction house.

Moving Home

Why pay for unnecessary storage fee’s in some cases it can be more cost effective to send your items to the relevant auction room, therefore realising funds and reducing the amount of space needed.

Business dispersal

Whether disposing of old or over stock, fire or flood damage goods or selling assets due to business closure we can advise and organise a plan of action for the removal and sale of these items. Reducing your work load and any stress that this may cause. Leaving you time to concentrate on more important matters.

House Clearance

After the initial visit, we can organise the full or part house clearance - sending saleable items to auction, recyclables to the relevant outlet and the remainder to a licensed waste centre. Our clearance team and haulers hold waste management licences, they are professional and deal with your work in a discreet and confidential manner. We will leave the property ready for sale and in cases where it is a rented property we can liaise with the landlord leaving it as originally agreed.
